At NOOS ATHLETICS we have a 30-day return period, which means that you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We also ask that you include your proof of purchase.

You can request a return by contacting us via the contact form or by sending an email to support@noosstrips.com stating: “return request order …” (fill in your order number on ...).

After approval of your return, you will receive further instructions from us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are returned without a prior return request.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will inform you whether the return, and thus the refund, has been approved. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded via your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and show it on your account.
